WellEquity Partners understands firsthand how daunting the process can be when applying to colleges and universities as well as starting, continuing, or wanting to change your career journey. Because we want clients to be successful, our approach begins with conversations. In order to be of service, we want to get a better understanding of a person, their wants, needs, strengths, areas that can be improved, and how to take that information and create an action plan that is realistic and tangible for their individual goals.

Over the course of multiple sessions, individuals will complete targeted tasks, practice accountability and follow through, and develop a long-term plan to reach their goals. Participants are expected to be open to the process of change, take agency over their goals, and be committed to doing the work. With our commitment to Black excellence, WellEquity Partners pride itself on facilitating a process that is neither transactional nor overwhelming. More importantly, upon completion, clients will be empowered to articulate and act upon the goals they have set for themselves with our support.

At WellEquity Partners, clients choosing to advance their education or careers at Black-owned businesses and historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) are respected and valued. However, if predominately white institutions of higher education (PWIs) or majority white companies are being considered, it is for those reasons, we especially nurture Black excellence by ensuring our racial equity wellness approach is truly holistic for clients to carry with them special skills and tools throughout their educational and career journeys.

Black professionals pursuing advanced degrees or have careers in the areas of education, diversity and inclusion, public health, healthcare, human services, social work, and mental health counseling.

60-minute sessions (amount of sessions determined mutually by WellEquity and client)
Virtual and in-person options available

Cost:

Individual and package options with potential discounts discussed during consultation
