WellEquity Partners’ approach is rooted in the Critical Consciousness Theory and racial trauma healing. We provide services that center racial equity, wellness, and healing. We use a critical consciousness framework to lead conversations through a public health lens to not only examine the workplace, but also the places where people live, learn, work, and play and how collectively, such factors occupy shared spaces. We facilitate deeper conversations in order to understand the four levels in which various “-isms” operate: personal, interpersonal, institutional, and structural.
We provide a 360-degree examination of the intersection of systems, processes, practices, and policies coupled with mindset and behaviors through the lens of conscious leadership. We focus on 7 key areas as the blueprint from which we tailor conversations, collect data, discuss real conflicts, create targeted strategies, and deliver action steps that can be implemented at the individual, team, and leadership levels.
Who is this service for?
Organizations that no longer want to be complicit in refusing to acknowledge and address issues related to race, equity, and belonging. Our focus is on guiding organizations to create safe spaces for Black and Brown professionals, by which respectful partnerships can occur and NOT transactional interactions with little to no forward progress for the participants involved.
